Summary: Just an overnight stay before flying home the next morning. Very close to FAX and it has a convenient, frequent airport shuttle. The only issue is that the pillows were very uncomfortable for both of us and disrupted our sleep.

Summary: Third time at this renovated Hyatt at LAX. Love the modern upgrade and excellent rooms. Very helpful staff. Nice dinner menu. Dining room though seems like a cafeteria. Other hotels at LAX have nicer dining rooms.

Summary: Lovely friendly team from reception to restaurant.(which badly needs some investment ) even though the food is good. The web site and Hotels.com said there us an executive lounge. There is not. This needs to be rectified at Hotels and the Hotel. Viucher for breakfast in Lieu. Should have been notified at check in..

Summary: We stayed overnight to catch an early flight. Staff were welcoming and the shuttle took us right to the terminal. No stops to pick up other hotel guests just straight to the terminal. There was no cost for the service and no reservation required. The room was very spacious and quiet. Keurig coffeemaker in the room and we received 2 complimentary bottles of water when we checked in.

Summary: Check in and out was easy and efficient. The shuttle service is great and was very prompt. The beds were super comfortable and the room was very spacious and clean. Appreciated the bottles of water upon checking in. The location is really close to LAX and was easy for quick ride share pickups. Would stay here again!
